В штаб могут обратиться все желающие помочь. Добровольцев просят иметь при себе перчатки, мешки, лопаты, тёплую одежду и обувь. В случае отсутствия инвентаря им обеспечат на месте. Также для добровольцев оборудуют пункты питания и обогрева.
