Слухи пошли после выхода сентябрьской статьи в ультраправом журнале «Факты и документы» (Faits et Documents), публикующем различные теории заговора, в том числе истории антиваксеров, антисемитские статьи и рассказы о масонах.

Брижит Макрон не первая, кто стал объектом теорий такого рода: когда Мишель Обама была первой леди США, тоже писали, что она может быть трансгендером.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
