В России планируется ввести обязательную процедуру «комплексного урегулирования» долгов по кредитам. Законопроект, подготовленный ЦБ, позволит заемщикам с просрочками заключать единые соглашения о реструктуризации с кредиторами. Урегулированием смогут заниматься банки, МФО, «Дом. РФ» и коллекторские агентства.
Суть нововведения — все кредиторы должника должны предложить ему план по работе с долгом, включая отсрочку платежей, реструктуризацию, отмену штрафов или частичное списание. На время переговоров (до 30 дней) взыскание через суд будет запрещено. Информация о переговорах отразится в кредитной истории.
