All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
