Об этом ранее заявил Путин в интервью монгольской газете «Оноодор». По словам главы государства, прорабатывается соответствующее соглашение.

Улан-Батор сможет использовать часть дешевого газа, который будет идти из России в Китай транзитом через Монголию по трубопроводу «Союз Восток».

Страны также развивают другие экономические проекты, включая модернизацию Улан-Баторской железной дороги и реконструкцию ТЭЦ-3 в монгольской столице.
