Собственно, именно так и работает Китай. Пока РФ с пеной у рта кричит о многополярном и сбалансированном мире, КНР на профильной почве продолжает затягивать десятки государств в орбиту исключительно прокитайских интересов.
Вопрос: кто уже в ближайшие десятилетия останется не у дел?
