Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
