Печально... Хотя что-то похожее и ожидалось. Это обстоятельство крайне затруднит Центральному банку возвращение инфляции к цели в 2024г и поддержание ценовой стабильности в дальнейшем. И это однозначный сигнал, что высокая ставка надолго и, возможно, пойдёт ещё выше.
