По поводу «гениального» предложения главы МИД Польши Радека Сикорского установить в Крыму на 20 лет мандат ООН, а потом решать его территориальную принадлежность… Я напоминаю поляку, что сейчас как раз мы отмечаем юбилей (210 лет) Венского конгресса, который окончательно поделил Польшу, закрепив Польское Царство за Россией. Исключение составил «Вольный город Краков» с особым статусом. Я и предлагаю восстановить историческую справедливость, вернув исторические земли России. А в Кракове, так уж и быть, установим мандат ООН. Можно даже не на 20, а на 100 лет!

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
