"Конец 2028 года – это то время, когда Грузия будет с экономической точки зрения должным образом готова начать переговоры о вступлении в ЕС к 2030 году. К 2030 году Грузия будет готова к вступлению в ЕС больше, чем какая-либо другая страна со статусом кандидата", – добавил он.
Причиной решения он назвал постоянное использование представителями ЕС темы открытия переговоров о вступлении страны в Евросоюз в качестве инструмента шантажа.
