В прокуратуру обратилась мать 6-летнего ребенка, который находился в Щигровском центре социальной помощи в связи с трудной жизненной ситуацией в семье.
Проверка прокуратуры установила: на протяжении 7 месяцев 54-летняя воспитатель систематически била ребенка, оскорбляла, запирала в комнате. Делалось это под предлогом соблюдения порядка и дисциплины. Кроме того, женщина обвиняется в жестоком обращении еще с тремя воспитанниками в возрасте от 5 до 11 лет.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
