Сегодня, в среду, заместитель премьер-министра Азербайджана Шахин Мустафаев встретился с секретарем Высшего совета национальной безопасности Ирана Али Акбаром Ахмадианом в рамках своего визита в Тегеран. Цель визита - участие в шестнадцатом заседании Совместной комиссии по экономическому сотрудничеству между Ираном и Азербайджаном.
Накануне Шахин Мустафаев провел встречу с президентом Ирана Масудом Пезешкианом. Президент подчеркнул братские и дружественные отношения двух стран, основанные на религиозных и культурных связях.
Масуд Пезешкиан отметил, что развитие связей с соседними и мусульманскими странами является принципиальной политикой Ирана, при этом Азербайджан занимает особое место во внешнеполитической стратегии страны. Президент выразил стремление к углублению сотрудничества между двумя государствами во всех сферах. /#Иран #Азербайджан /

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
