Привет, дорогие. Кажется, пост выше про чувство полноты нашел отклик. Давайте тогда сделаем подборочку про базу, связанную с терапией РПП и отношений с телом. Много чего я писала на заре жизни канала, когда на него было подписано человек сто. Это все не является заменой полноценной терапии, и вообще при РПП лучше находиться под наблюдением специалиста. Но какие-то аспекты можно внедрять в жизнь все равно + на основе постов можно лучше понять, на что обращают внимание при лечении РПП.
