Так, 21 января в ряде населенных пунктов Томской, Новосибирской и Кемеровской областей был превышал рекорд максимальный температуры этого дня. Фактическая температура днем отмечалась от -4 градусов до оттепели в +2 градуса.
По данным Западно-Сибирского УГМС в нескольких населенных пунктах Сибири рекорды превысили показатели 20 - 30-летней давности.
