• С середины декабря привилегированные акции Башнефти подорожали более чем на 30%, достигнув справедливой, по нашей оценке, стоимости.
• В этой связи мы понижаем рейтинг по ним до «Держать».
• Цена на нефть в рублях, которая напрямую влияет на основную статью затрат и служит базисом для расчета НДПИ на нефть, в наступившем году вырастет, по нашему мнению, сильнее, чем цены на нефтепродукты на внутреннем рынке, которые вносят главный вклад в формирование выручки Башнефти.
• Прогнозируемая нами дивидендная доходность по выплате за 2024 г. (менее 10%), где негативно сказались изменения в отложенных налоговых обязательствах за 3К24, на фоне компаний-аналогов смотрится низкой.
