То, что Челябинск (как и Екатеринбург) - в топ-10 самых читающих регионов, ничуть не удивляет. А вот Краснодарский край, сдается мне, попал в этот рейтинг лишь благодаря тому, что отпускники неистово скачивают электронные книжки, чтобы чилить на пляже. Так или иначе, юг - тоже в топе. И как же здесь не хватает хорошего книжного фестиваля...🤞🤞🤞

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
