В Екатеринбурге Анастасия Ноженькина из Свердловской области стала второй в многоборье среди гимнасток 2012-2013 годов рождения, Диана Сташкина из Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа — четвертой, а Ева Сабирова из Челябинской области заняла второе место в упражнении со скакалкой.
Девочки оценили свои выступления и рассказали, какие элементы по правилам «Небесной грации» добавляли в программы.
По результатам межрегиональных турниров право выступить на всероссийских соревнованиях получают шесть лучших спортсменок.

In Yekaterinburg, Anastasia Nozhenkina from the Sverdlovsk Region came in second in the all-around among gymnasts born in 2012-2013, Diana Stashkina from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug came in fourth, and Eva Sabirova from the Chelyabinsk Region took second place in the jump rope exercise.
The girls assessed their performances and told us which elements they added to their programs according to the Sky Grace rules.
Based on the results of the interregional tournaments, the six best athletes receive the right to compete in the All-Russian competitions.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
