«Фонтанка» сообщила, что поводом для возбуждения нового дела в отношении 18-летней активистки Дарьи Козыревой стало удалённое с YouTube видео, в которой девушка якобы публично «дискредитирует» армию России.
Ранее на Козыреву возбудили другое дело по аналогичной статье, но только за стикер со стихами Тараса Шевченко. В феврале 2024 года судья Петроградского районного суда Санкт-Петербурга Дмитрий Оврах отправил девушку в СИЗО.
