Тем временем силовики перекрыли подходы к заднему и одному из боковых входов в парламент, чтобы не допустить протестующих и обеспечить свободный проезд для депутатов пророссийской правящей партии.

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
