В рейтинге регионов за 2024 год Костромская область оказалась на 69 месте. В ЦФО наш регион оказался на последнем месте.
Итоговый рейтинг рассчитан на основе среднего арифметического рейтинговых баллов регионов в нескольких рейтингов, выпущенных РИА Новости в 2024 году, касающихся развития региона и социально-экономического благополучия жителей.
Результаты так себе, но, может, они отпугнут варягов, желающих стать главой региона. В Костроме карьеристам не место.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
