Хоть я и знаю много упражнений и рекомендаций, как замечать хорошее. Но конкретно это сейчас самое простое для меня. Фокус для фокусировки на хорошем в нашей жизни, создать заметку в телефоне с заголовком: «Со мной всегда случаются хорошие вещи». Изаписывать мелкие и большие хорошие вещи. За неделю большой список накопился, и уже не кажется, что хорошего мало!
