Об этом заявил и.о. министра природопользования Рязанской области Александр Новиков.
«По камерам был заметен дым и очаги пожара в Окском заповеднике 12-15 августа, но заповедник отказывался от помощи в тушении пожара», — рассказал министр депутатам облдумы в ходе доклада о причинах бедствия.
А потом как-то внезапно огонь перешёл на земли Спасского лесничества. Почему к такому развитию событий были не готовы, министр не рассказал. В итоге ущерб лесам в денежном выражении превысил 200 миллионов рублей.
Так себе попытка переложить ответственность с профильного министерства на нескольких сотрудников заповедника.
