Как сообщает Минторг "Талибана"*, договор на перевозку подписан с логистической компанией MOAM (вероятно, имеется в виду американская Moam Enterprise LLC). В афганской стороны фигурантов трое - Минторг, торгово-инвестиционная палата и ассоциация производителей джалгозы.
По словам и.о. главы Минторга Нуреддина Азизи, этот вопрос прорабатывался 2,5 месяца, а также с рядом соседних стран идут переговоры по 2 другим аналогичным программам, которые внесут вклад в борьбу с выращиванием наркотиков (путем создания спроса на альтернативные культуры).
