Там же - в Дохе - состоялись переговоры главы торгово-инвестиционной палаты Таваккуля Ахмадияра с американской поверенной в делах Карен Декер. Он тоже поднял вопрос препятствий, которые чинит Пакистан афганскому экспорту, и потребовал зарубежной помощи, включая США, по созданию в Афганистане благоприятного инвестиционного климата, а также нормализации банковского сектора. Декер заверила, что Вашингтон привержен поддержке афганского бизнеса
