Մենք այս պայքարը սկսել ենք Ոսկեպարից, Կիրանցից, Բաղանիսից՝ Սրբազան Հոր առաջնորդությամբ։ Այս ամեն ինչը չէր լինի, եթե չլինեին Սրբազան Հոր կամքը, ոգին, ներդրումը։ Երբ լսեցինք ազգակործանի խոսքերը, որ պետք է զորքերը նահանջեն, և այդ նույն մարդը տարիներ շարունակում ասում էր, թե ձեռքերս կկտրեմ, բայց Տավուշից մեկ միլիմետր չեմ տա, նույն անձը հայկական զորքերին նահանջի հրաման տվեց, կառուցեց մի պատ, որը համարեց արժանապատվության պատ, ասաց, թե ծառերը կպաշտպանեն մեզ։ Այդ նույն օրերին թշնամի պետության առաջնորդը մեր հայկական Շուշիում և Ստեփանակերտում իր հյուրերին ցույց էր տալիս հայկական տաճարներն ու հայկական քաղաքները։ Մեզ այլընտրանք չէր մնացել, քան ոտքի կանգնել ու պայքարել։
