Законопроект приняли во втором и третьем чтениях 28 января в Госдуме. Госдума разрешила Правительству продлить временный порядок расчёта пеней с учётом ключевой ставки ЦБ в размере 9,5 % до конца 2026 года.
Для его окончательного продления, помимо одобрения Советом Федерации и подписания Президентом, требуется также постановление Правительства РФ о продлении такого порядка начисления пеней (законом лишь временно наделяют правительство правом устанавливать особенности начисления и уплаты пеней).

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
