Сегодня с утра я под атакой мошенников: с неизвестных номеров мне шлют сообщения, прикрываясь «доставкой цветов». Сначала пытались узнать мой адрес, потом просили коды из смс, а следом посыпались оскорбления.
Нет сомнений, что действуют эти лица с территории Украины. Преступникам не даёт покоя наша страна и граждане, и они придумывают всё новые схемы, чтобы получить доступ к нашим аккаунтам на официальных ресурсах и в соцсетях. И представляются теперь не только полицией или службой безопасности банка, но и, например, сервисом доставки.
❗️ Пожалуйста, будьте бдительны! Помните, что нельзя сообщать коды от банковских приложений, Госуслуг, никакую личную информацию, под каким бы предлогом у вас её ни спрашивали! Екатерина Стенякина

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
