При этом потерпевшая, проживавшая вместе с ублюдком в одном из домов села Дивеево, приходилась ему падчерицей и на момент совершения преступлений – с 2020 по 2021 годы – не достигла даже возраста 14-ти лет.
Задержанный 54-летний фигурант на данном этапе вину свою признавать отказывается. Тем не менее, в отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.131 ч.4 п."б" УК РФ, и избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
