Власти Москвы одобрили разработку за счет средств городского бюджета проекта планировки территории по адресу: проспект Андропова, влд. 20.
На участке ориентировочной площадью 19,89 га может появиться общественно-жилая застройка с автобусным парком.
Всего планируется построить 316 886 квадратных метров недвижимости, а именно: ➤ 263 тыс. м² жилой застройки ➤ 54 тыс. м² нежилой недвижимости, из которой 38 тыс. м² займёт автобусный парк.
Также предполагается построить детский сад на 250 и школу на 400 мест.
На территории, попадающей под развитие, находится эксплуатационная площадка филиала «Южный» ГУП «Мосгортранс».
Про будущего девелопера мне, увы, ничего не известно.

And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
