На продажу выставлено 100% долей фирмы «Центр-проект», которыми владеет подконтрольная мэрии Москвы компания «Мосинжпроект». Основным активом Общества является здание Дворца культуры Метростроя в Костомаровском переулке и земельный участок под ним.
Как ранее сообщал Антон Филатов, Московский арбитраж поручил снести треть здания ДК, т.к. оно признано самовольный постройкой.
Торги пройдут 21 января, начальная цена лота — символические 20 тысяч рублей.
Напомню, что за ДК Метростроя планируется построить большой ЖК.
