Компания «Генеральный подрядчик-МФС», входящая в состав группы компаний ПИК, стала победителем торгов Фонда реновации на право реализации проекта комплексного развития территории по адресу: Волгоградский проспект, вл. 130.

Согласно условиям конкурса, застройщик построит жилой комплекс общей площадью 23 830 м² для нужд реновации.

Минимальный объем финансирования работ оценивается в 2,3 млрд рублей.

Согласно протоколу аукциона, к торгам не была допущена компания «СЗ «Олимпстрой» бизнесмена Аветика Сарибекяна.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
