Согласно документу, на участке площадью 2 га девелопер сможет построить 78 565 м² недвижимоисти, из которых 70 700 м² — жильё.
Предельная высота застройки составит 115 метров.
Помимо жилой застройки проектом также предусмотрен центр детского творчества.
