В Госдуме подготовят поправки ко второму чтению законопроекта о принципах организации работы местного самоуправления в России. Соответствующее поручение дал председатель ГД Вячеслав Володин, сообщает пресс-служба парламента.
Так, регионам могут дать право самостоятельно определять модель самоуправления. В материале также уточняется, что такую возможность субъектам захотели дать из-за разногласий при первом чтении документа.
Поправкой предполагается, что регионы смогут решить, сохранить ли двухуровневую систему самоуправления или отказаться от нее в пользу одноуровневой.
