Ведущая «Живого гвоздя» рассказала анекдот про мертвых еврейских детей в прямом эфире в поддержку канала, на котором его сотрудники собирали деньги на продолжение работы.

Пользователи Twitter черный юмор не оценили и начали возмущаться, связывая шутку с конфликтом Израиля и ХАМАС. Пройти мимо не смог даже Леонид Волков, он назвал шутку несмешной и отметил, что из Лазерсон «прорвалось что-то подавленное и неотрефлексированное».

В утреннем эфире «Живого гвоздя» бывший главный редактор «Эха Москвы» Алексей Венедиктов осудил анекдот и принес извинения тем, кому он «причинил боль».

Свободе слова становится все теснее между молотом государственной цензуры и наковальней моральной полиции Twitter.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
