❄️Командировка в Норвегию на этот раз мне очень понравилась, потому что я попала в снежную сказку.

☃️Сугробы по пояс, как в детстве. Весь город сплошной каток. Ослепительные закаты и рассветы. Норвежцы не экономят электричество, и ночью в городе светло - от ярких фонарей и белоснежного снега.

На заметку - снег и горы начинались после Осло.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
