Представители профессионального сообщества опасаются, что опубликованное на этой неделе решение Конституционного суда, вставшего на защиту учителей, не будет исполнено в регионах без дополнительного контроля со стороны проверяющих структур.
По данным профсоюза, сейчас базовые оклады, не превышающие МРОТ (без учета дополнительных и стимулирующих выплат), получают учителя в 80% регионов страны.

"He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
