Такие масштабы рецессии сравнимы с Великой Депрессией в США (1930-1940 гг.) и пост-советским переходным периодом 1990-2000 гг. (суммарно до 30-40% за все годы). Время на восстановление тоже может понадобиться больше, оптимистичные два года – это расчет исходя из показателей сегодняшнего дня, но ситуация на рынке продолжает ухудшаться. Возможно новый переходный период займет гораздо больше времени, чем об этом сегодня говорят в министерстве. Возможно, сравнивать придется с девяностыми.
