Часы работы избирательной комиссии: - с понедельника по пятницу с 09.00 до 17.00 часов, перерыв с 13.00 до 14.00 часов - в субботу и в воскресенье с 12.00 до 15.00 часов.

But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
