Как указывает ведомство, в рамках одной из схем мошенники звонят от лица операторов связи и просят назвать код из смс под предлогом продления договора. В итоге злоумышленники получают доступ к личному кабинету «Госуслуг», где меняют пароль. В качестве контакта они указывают свой номер телефона, по которому жертва может позвонить и перевести деньги на «безопасный счёт».
Другая мошенническая схема связана с перевыпуском абонентского номера, привязанного к учетной записи ЕСИА. Злоумышленники восстанавливают доступ к учетной записи «Госуслуг», получив код на новый номер, и затем используют этот доступ для получения микрозаймов и кредитов.
