Новостройки в крупных городах России подорожали в 2024 году в среднем на 10%, подсчитали аналитики ЦИАН. В среднем квадратный метр жилья в российской новостройке к концу года стоил 155 тысяч рублей.
Завершение льготной ипотеки, последующее снижение активности и рост числа скидок от девелоперов не привели ни к снижению, ни даже к остановке роста цен.
При этом в семи городах был зафиксирован рост цен более чем на 20%: в Томске квадратный метр стал дороже на 31%, в Самаре – на 27%, в Уфе, Тольятти, Севастополе, Ижевске и Кемерове рост составил 21–24%.
