مراسم گرامیداشت 173 سال تجربه و 90 سال افتخارآفرینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران ویژه بیمارستان فارابی با حضور دکتر سید رضا رئیس کرمی رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، دکتر فخرایی رئیس بیمارستان فارابی و جمعی از پیشکسوتان و کارکنان بیمارستان دوشنبه 8 بهمن ماه 1403🗓برگزار شد. بیمارستان فارابی به عنوان یکی از معتبرترین مراکز چشم پزشکی کشور، همواره در ارائه خدمات درمانی با کیفیت و انجام پژوهش‌های نوین پیشرو بوده است. این مراسم فرصتی مغتنم بود تا از تلاش‌ها و خدمات ارزنده‌ی تمامی افرادی که در طول این سال‌ها در پیشرفت و ارتقای این بیمارستان نقش داشته‌اند، قدردانی شود.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
