«Следователем Молчановского межрайонного следственного отдела следственного управления СК России по Томской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 109 УК РФ (причинение смерти по неосторожности)», — говорится в сообщении томского следкома.
