Планов у сибиряков явно больше, и правительство областинамерено подать дополнительную заявку еще на 7,7 млрд. Эти средства планируется вложить в развитие инфраструктуры индустриальных парков.
Вот только есть одна загвоздка - получить подарок свыше можно только при том условии, если вы хороший мальчик иработаете безупречно. К тому же, деньги нужно будет возвращать. Есть такое предположение, что делать это будут за счёт людей... 🤭

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
