Постановлением утверждены границы объединенной зоны охраны, а также требования к градостроительным регламентам в этих границах.
Объединенная зона охраны объектов культурного наследия, расположенных в границах исторического поселения города Самары призвана систематизировать градостроительную деятельность в исторической части региональной столицы, упорядочить и сделать единообразными регламенты сохраняющие памятники архитектуры, обеспечить более прозрачные и понятные ограничения для собственников земельных участков.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
