Напомним, ранее «Союз 24 февраля» обратился в Генеральную прокуратуру РФ, а также в Федеральную антимонопольную службу по вопросу положения дел на отечественном рынке издания и распространения книг (после Генпрокуратура перенаправила обращение в ФАС и Минцифру). Обращение было составлено на основе опубликованного исследования, посвященного монополии, сложившейся на отечественном книжном рынке.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
