به استحضار دانشجویان محترم و استادان گرامی می‌رساند که نظر به هماهنگی انجام شده با استانداری، وزارت علوم تحقیقات و فناوری و با توجه به تصمیم هیأت رئیسه محترم دانشگاه، کلیه کلاسهای آموزشی دانشگاه در هفته های پایانی ترم به صورت مجازی برگزار خواهد گردید. در این راستا خواهشمند است موارد زیر مد نظر استادان محترم قرار گیرد: - خواهشمند است از برگزاری آزمون میان ترم به صورت حضوری در این بازه اجتناب گردد. - امتحان پایانی درسها بر اساس برنامه اعلامی در سامانه گلستان و به صورت حضوری برگزار خواهد شد. - امتحان دروس عملی که در سامانه گلستان برنامه ریزی و اعلام نشده است، در بازه شنبه 29 دی ماه تا چهارشنبه 3 بهمن قابل برگزاری است. - برگزاری جلسات دفاع از پایان نامه و رساله صرفاً به صورت حضوری امکان پذیر است. - برگزاری کلاسهای جبرانی بصورت مجازی، در روزهای غیر از دوشنبه و سه شنبه که تراکم برگزاری جلسات زیاد است، امکان پذیر می باشد.
