Нам нужно порезать крупным кубиком апельсин 🍊 + киви 🥝 + яблоко 🍎. Для заправки в блендере взбить банан 🍌 с кокосовым молоком (~60гр) и замороженной клубникой 🍓. Смешать все в чашке и подавать с корицей и грецкими орехами (~25 гр)😋.
Если кокосового молока нет, можно быстро приготовить его из стружки, рецептздесь. Также можно взбить 1 ст.л урбеча с горячей водой. Приятного аппетита! А здесьпредыдущий рецепт простого завтрака👌.
