Делать из него "техническую" фигуру только на основе того, что он - проамериканский, глубоко недальновидно. Это наиболее умный и опытный из всех западных руководителей такого ранга...
Он четыре (!) раза выигрывал выборы. Ни один другой либерал в Европе не может похвастаться подобным достижением. И сделал это совсем не в последней, мягко говоря, стране.
И к России он относится много хуже Столтенберга. Тоже, к слову, фигуры совсем не "технической"... И навредить России он может сильно. Уже навредил...
