26-27 ноября в столице Башкирии пройдут мероприятия с участием представителей бизнеса, научных и общественных кругов, чиновников и др. Более 130 представителей молодежного бизнеса уже приехали в Уфу, чтобы обсудить возможности развития.
"Здесь, в гостеприимной Уфе, собрали более 130 представителей молодежного бизнеса России и Казахстана. Действительно, я уверен, что это площадка, платформа, чтобы завязывались новые деловые, партнерские связи. Может быть, создавались новые стартапы", - отметил замминистра экономического развития РФ Дмитрий Вольвач.
Ожидается, что к участникам обратятся президенты Владимир Путин и Касым-Жомарт Токаев.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
