Так, начальник оперативного отдела колонии Назаров Алексей Анатольевич (отдел который был обязан обладать оперативной информацией о готовящемся побеге), был переведен на должность.... первого заместителя колонии, а именно назначен заместителем начальника колонии по безопасности и оперативной работе (БиОР). И это с учётом того, что во время проверки Генеральной прокуратурой, вопрос увольнения Назарова был решён. По всей видимости у руководства УФСИН по Липецкой области своё видение ситуации, а позиция Генеральной прокуратуры значения для них не имеет. К слову вообще никто из сотрудников оперативного отдела данной колонии не понёс какого-либо наказания за побег зеков.
